Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Assembler:Assemble agricultural and conveyor components according to work orders and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructionsInstall bearings and mechanical components during assembly processesPerform sanding, grinding, and buffing to meet quality standardsOperate hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyMove and position materials using overhead cranesInspect finished products to ensure accuracy and qualityMaintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelinesWhat You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints and work ordersMechanical aptitude with strong attention to detailExperience with hand tools and power toolsAbility to operate or learn to operate overhead cranes safelyStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
