This role focuses on disassembling incoming machines, completing basic software setup, rebuilding components, and performing final assembly (faucets/hoses). You’ll perform functional checks to ensure each unit is working properly before it is released.This is a long-term opportunity with a stable first-shift schedule and strong benefits upon conversion.ResponsibilitiesRefurbish and repair machines returning from the field (rework/repairs)Disassemble equipment and replace/repair components as neededPerform basic software setup/configuration on machinesComplete final assembly (faucets, hoses, fittings, etc.)Conduct quality checks and functional testing to confirm equipment operates properlyUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyRead and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructionsWork independently for significant portions of the day while maintaining productivity and quality standardsQualificationsExperience in assembly, production, refurbishment, repair, or reworkComfortable using hand tools and power toolsAbility to interpret blueprints/diagrams (basic–intermediate)Strong attention to detail and qualityAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to lift up to 50 lbsPreferred (Nice to Have)Electro-mechanical assembly experienceQA/testing experience (inspection, functional checks)Basic computer skills for software setup/configOr refer someone
