Responsibilities:Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shiftControl and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are metAssemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production toolsMonitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delaysFollow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assemblyInspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concernsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flowFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualifications:Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityPrevious experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferredManufacturing or assembly line production experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow detailed work instructionsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and graspingAbility to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variationsEqual Employment OpportunityMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
