AssemblerThe Assembler works under general supervision to assemble fabricated parts and sub-assemblies in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role follows the current Quality Management System and Safety Management System, ensuring that all products meet quality, safety, and productivity standards as well as customer requirements. The Assembler uses hand and power tools, reads job orders and blueprints, and completes required documentation to support efficient and accurate production.ResponsibilitiesAssemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materials according to established procedures and guidelines.Perform all duties in accordance with the current Quality Management System and Safety Management System requirements.Inspect products to ensure they conform to quality, engineering, and customer specifications.Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools, safely and effectively.Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products, using lifting equipment when available.Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and position materials and accessory components correctly.Complete and maintain all associated electronic processes and paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping materials.Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards to support a clean, organized, and safe work area.Support production and general labor activities as needed to meet departmental goals.Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned, based on the needs of the department.Essential SkillsExperience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly, mechanical, or production environment.Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately.Capability to read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints or a willingness to learn.Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly processes.Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines within a quality and safety-focused environment.Capacity to lift, move, and handle materials safely, including using lifting equipment when available.Attention to detail to ensure products meet quality, engineering, and customer requirements.Ability to complete required electronic processes and paperwork accurately and on time.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read blueprints is a plus.Experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labor environment is beneficial.Familiarity with 5S or similar workplace organization practices is an asset.Comfort operating electrical and pneumatic power tools.Strong work ethic and reliability to support a consistent 40-hour work week.Why Work Here?You will work a consistent 40-hour week on a stable, well-defined shift, supporting a predictable schedule and work-life balance.

You will use hand tools as well as electrical and pneumatic power tools, and may operate lifting equipment to move materials and products. Full-length pants made of sturdy material, such as denim, without holes are required. Steel-toed boots are required but not provided. Safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety sleeves are provided to support a safe and compliant workplace. The environment emphasizes cleanliness and organization, with housekeeping and 5S standards in place to maintain an orderly production area.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Dimas, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
