Assembly Operator – Job OverviewJoin a clean, organized, and fast-paced production team assembling and packaging quick-release couplings. You'll operate assembly equipment, verify product quality, and follow clear work instructions to keep production running smoothly on 2nd shift.What You'll DoAssemble quick-release couplings using standard work instructions.Operate assembly equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.Package finished products with accurate labeling and documentation.Inspect and test parts to ensure proper function and quality.Identify and report defects or inconsistencies immediately.Perform bench-level assembly tasks using hand tools and basic machines.Support a clean, organized, and safety-focused production environment.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfort in a fast-paced production environmentBasic experience with assembly tools and packaging equipmentClear verbal and written communication skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Rush City, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00/hr.
