Assembler ReworkWe are looking for an experienced Assembler to join our onsite manufacturing team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of assembly and quality tasks using conventional and digital tools, ensuring all products meet the highest standards. You'll be involved in both manufacturing and inspection, support continuous improvement, and help resolve production issues.What You'll Do:Perform manufacturing operations by following all documentation and time requirementsComplete complex assembly and rework tasks at both unit and component levelsSelect and implement appropriate methods, tools, and resources for each taskSupport fellow operators and assist with technical challengesParticipate in continuous improvement actions in your areaConduct final inspections of products following drawings and regulatory standardsCarry out quality control checks during manufacturing, including documentation reviews and root cause analysisInspect components, assemblies, and test setups as per procedures and design guidelinesKey Responsibilities:Use your technical expertise to improve methods and toolsCommunicate issues or suggestions to your managerHelp the team reach production goals with a focus on long-term resultsShare knowledge of processes and best practices with your teamEnsure all Quality Notification (QN) actions are completed, closed, and signedWork with internal and external customers during product releaseEscalate and document any discrepancies in manufacturing processesInitiate Non-Conformances (NCs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) when neededMaintain all build and documentation standardsPrepare and distribute quality reports and track issues as neededRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or assemblyMust have hands-on electronic assembly experienceStrong problem-solving and initiative skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work 100% onsiteAvailable to work 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, overtime as needed
