Assembler Rework IIIJob Type: Onsite Duration: 12+ months Location: Irvine, CA, 92618 Pay range: $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. USD Schedule: 05:00 AM - 01:30 PM with OT as neededJob Role:Performs manufacturing operations in accordance with the associated documentation and the time allocated, using the resources availableInitializes and manages continuous improvement actions in and around his/her areaPerforms final inspection duties when requested in accordance with drawings, EOs and any other regulatory requirement pertaining to the productTechnician performing complex work requiring a high level of technicality in one domain and able to take initiatives in the choice and the implementation of suitable methods, resources, and procedures, applying a broad knowledge of the concerned domainCheck and alert on problems relative to existing methods, tools, and techniques toward the ManagerReach objectives and deliver results that have a mid & long-term direct impact on production unit/function overall resultsExplain facts, practice, and deploy policies, etc.

to others within the production areas in the domains and techniques relative to the concerned perimeterConfirm all QN transactions are complete and closedConfirm all QN tasks have been completed and signedConfirm all elements of the QN have been completed and signedLiaise with internal and external customers for product release activitiesUpdate various reports / whiteboards with escalationsLiaise with RMA Team Leaders and operators on quality issue resolutionReview and report any discrepancies of manufacturing process documentation to Production Team LeadersRaise NC's and CAR's as required on non-conforming products/processesEnsure build standards are maintained, and the required documentation is maintainedPreparation and distribution of Quality reports and tracking charts and documents as requiredEducation:High School or Technical School graduateExperience:2 years working in an industrial manufacturing environmentHas performed process and/or quality system auditsManual dexterity skillsPrevious knowledge (one + year) of electronic sub-assemblies & system integrationBe able to lift up to 15-30 pounds3 years of experience using of mechanical inspection tools (caliper, ruler, scales, etc.)Prior experience reading two-dimensional drawings to create article inspection reportPrior expertise performing process audits and assessmentsMust have Electronic/Mechanical (board) assembly experience and dealt with drawing and manufacturing assembly instructions
