Remote Contract General

AssemblerWe are seeking a detail-oriented assembler to join our team. This position involves working with small components and precision tools to perform assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with 1-2 years of assembly experience are preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals with less experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly operations using microscopes and precision hand toolsConduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and related tasksUse tweezers and other small hand tools to assemble componentsOperate automated assembly equipment as neededRead and interpret assembly drawings and technical documentationFollow assembly procedures and quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport defects, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisorsQualifications1-2 years of assembly experience preferred, but less experience will be consideredExperience working with microscopes or small components is a plusStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWire bonding experience is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsStrong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsAbility to lift and move up to 25 poundsWhat We're Looking ForDependable and motivated individualsStrong willingness to learn and growExcellent attention to detailPositive personality and strong teamwork skillsThis is a contract to hire position based out of Bohemia, NY. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
