- Perform precision assembly of gas and steam turbine rotors.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Operate hydraulic tools, overhead cranes, and heavy manufacturing equipment.
- Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.).
- Handle, inspect, clean, and prepare mechanical components for assembly.
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, precision assembly, or heavy equipment maintenance/repair.
- Experience with hand tools, hydraulic tools, and precision measuring instruments.
