Role and Responsibilities:
- Using basic measuring devices such as calipers and scales.
- Following work instructions and drawings.
- Drilling composite materials with close tolerance carbide bit drills with the use of air hand drill motors, drill presses or large drill fixtures.
- Drilling aluminum plates and countersinking holes for different size rivets.
- Sanding for quality finish of all composites in a vented grinding room, wearing fitted particle masks.
- Installing nut plate hardware with cherry rivets, with handheld riveters.
- Mixing a variety of chemical adhesives.
- Understanding and interpreting manufacturing drawings and manufacturing procedures.
- Installing manufactured harnesses and crimping lug nuts.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings in English
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
