Key Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive assembly andpackaging operations
- Inspect parts for cosmeticdefects and non-conformities
- Follow detailed work instructionsand assembly procedures
- Use hand tools and performsoldering as needed
- Install threaded inserts(Heli-Coils)
- Package and prepare parts forshipment
- Maintain a clean and organizedwork environment
- Report safety concerns anddamaged tools
- Support team-based production andquality initiatives
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of assembly experiencepreferred
- Ability to install threadedinserts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Manufacturing setting withexposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particles
- Required use of PPE (safetyglasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
