Recent successful hires have come from companies such as Target, Five Guys, and other customer-focused environments where attention to detail, teamwork, and dependability are key.Schedule & Pay: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Starting at $20.00/hour with no experience required Up to $25.00/hour based on manufacturing experience and technical skills Weekly payResponsibilities: Perform a variety of manufacturing and assembly operations Follow work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Learn to interpret technical drawings and production documentation Use computers to access work instructions and record completed work Inspect and verify work to meet quality standards Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals Maintain a clean and safe work environmentDesired Background/Skills: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and processes Self-motivated and results-oriented work style Good communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality procedures 2-5 years of manufacturing experience Experience working from work orders and SOPs Electro-mechanical assembly experience ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) experience Familiarity with J-STD-001, JESD 625, AS9100, or ISO quality standardsOther Information: Don't have all the preferred qualifications?
