AssemblerJoin a team that builds some of the world's most advanced electronics for the aerospace and defense industry. As an Assembler, you'll support the production of high-quality electromechanical assemblies in a clean room environment while contributing to products that help protect those who protect us.Assemble electromechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and process plans.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation.Perform self-inspection of completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.Inspect parts and materials prior to assembly for defects or imperfections.Assemble, disassemble, and modify production subassemblies as required.Utilize fixtures and tooling to accurately build assemblies.Manually solder or apply epoxy to electrical components when required.Operate manufacturing equipment such as solder reflow ovens, semi-automatic pick-and-place machines, and automated measurement systems.Maintain accurate production records using MRP and data collection systems.Follow all quality, safety, and clean room procedures.QualificationsRequires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.Basic computer skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience assembling electromechanical or electronic products.Experience working in a manufacturing or clean room environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work instructions.Manual soldering experience.Familiarity with solder reflow ovens, pick-and-place equipment, and automated inspection systems.IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD certification is a plus.Benefits:Health InsuranceSick time401kShift: 2nd Shift (4/10 Schedule) – Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM.Pay: Up to $26.61 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
