Mechanical AssemblerThe Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical components and products by following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and drawings. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with basic hand and power tools, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components and products in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, and drawings.Use basic hand and power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks safely and accurately.Handle and assemble small parts with precision and care.Follow established production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet required specifications and quality criteria.Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and productivity.Collaborate with a small team to coordinate workflow and meet production goals.Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the manufacturing environment.Essential SkillsProven experience in a mechanical assembly role.Proficiency in using basic hand tools for assembly work.Strong attention to detail when working with small parts and components.Ability to follow written work instructions, blueprints, and drawings accurately.Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a production or manufacturing setting.Comfort working in a small, collaborative team.Ability to organize work and manage time to meet production targets.Willingness to learn and follow established assembly processes and procedures.Why Work Here?You will join a close-knit team in a stable manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are valued.
