AssemblerThe Assembler will assemble equipment according to specifications and drawings.Duties / Responsibilities:Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, piping, mount conduit, pull wire, and more according to directions.Read blueprints schematics, and build to those specificationsUses various machines, forklifts, overhead cranes and hand/power tools to accomplish assigned tasksPerforms other related duties as assignedEssential Skills and Experience:Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematicsProperly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipmentBasic ability in measuring equipment, reading, or writingAbility to weld is a plusEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods standing and performing tasksMust be able to lift up to 20-30 poundsMust have manual dexterity to assemble products and machinesAbility to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components
