AssemblerThis role focuses on assembling precision-machined components in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will interpret engineering documentation, use a variety of hand and power tools, and perform both mechanical and basic electrical assembly tasks to ensure products meet strict quality and dimensional standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with small parts, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.ResponsibilitiesAssemble precision-machined components using screws, bolts, rivets, threaded inserts, and other hardware in accordance with engineering specifications.Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and adherence to quality standards.Operate hand and power tools, including torque drivers, drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches, to complete mechanical assembly tasks safely and efficiently.Perform electrical crimping and wiring tasks on high-sensitivity components, ensuring secure and reliable connections.Apply adhesives, epoxies, and sealants to components as specified, maintaining proper coverage, cleanliness, and cure requirements.Conduct small parts assembly work with a high level of precision, paying close attention to orientation, fit, and finish.Use measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge pins, and tape measures to verify dimensions and tolerances throughout the assembly process.Inspect assembled components for defects, alignment, and quality, and take corrective action or escalate issues as needed.Log production activities and assembly steps in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software accurately and in a timely manner.Collaborate with team members and follow cleanroom or clean-area protocols to maintain a safe, organized, and detail-oriented work environment.Follow all safety procedures when using tools, equipment, adhesives, and sealants, and maintain a clean and orderly workstation.Essential SkillsProficiency in mechanical assembly using hand and power tools such as torque drivers, drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for both mechanical and basic electrical assemblies.Experience with small parts assembly requiring strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.Skill in using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge pins, and tape measures to verify dimensions and tolerances.Hands-on experience with electrical crimping and wiring for high-sensitivity components.Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality in a production or manufacturing environment.Capability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures consistently.Comfort using MES or similar production logging software to document work performed.Ability to work effectively in a clean, organized, and process-driven manufacturing setting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience installing Heli-Coils or similar threaded inserts.Clean room or cleanroom assembly experience.Prior machine shop or manufacturing experience.Experience with rivet installation and drilling operations.Familiarity with applying adhesives, epoxies, and sealants in an assembly environment.Experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly involving crimping and wiring.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and correct assembly issues.Comfort working with detailed documentation and maintaining accurate production records.Why Work Here?You will work in a modern, climate-controlled facility that values precision, quality, and teamwork.
