You'll play an important role in building, inspecting, and preparing our products for shipment—helping ensure quality and accuracy every step of the way.Pay: $17.25/hr1st: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday-FridayOvertime as needed!Summer hours: 5:30am-3pm Mon-Thurs and Fridays 5:30am-9:30am.What You'll DoAssemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructionsPack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damageKeep track of inventory using manual or electronic systemsOperate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceFollow company quality standards and safety policiesCollaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goalsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma (or equivalent) required1+ year of relevant assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferredAbility to follow instructions and complete assignments on timeComfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasksStrong teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility for overtime when neededSafety shoes required!What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
