Read below for more information!Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsUse hand and manual tools to complete assembly tasksInspect products to ensure quality, fit, and function meet specificationsPerform basic quality checks and equipment upkeepMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaAssist with additional production tasks and team projects as neededAbility to stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hour shiftsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds frequentlyAbility to read and follow blueprints and written instructionsBasic math and measuring skillsAbility to use hand tools and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hoistsStrong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skillsAbility to understand and communicate in EnglishPrevious manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcomeWillingness to work overtime or weekends as neededEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
