Pay:
Starting at $14.00/hr. with an increase to $17.00/hr. after 60 days Shift: 12-Hour Swing Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CT)

What You'll Do:
- Operate production machinery to manufacture plastic buckets.
- Assemble plastic buckets and related components.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a 12-hour swing shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
