Job Description

We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Previous medical device, clean room, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Candidates with experience in warehouse, production, retail, food service, construction, automotive, hospitality, or other hands-on environments will be considered.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A stable work history with examples of maintaining employment for a reasonable length of time
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of their work
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ability and willingness to learn new processes and equipment
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions and documentation
• A safety-conscious approach to work
• Willingness to work in a clean room/manufacturing environment

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, production, electronics, automotive, construction, food production, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required.
