Assembly TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on complex assemblies and sub-assemblies. This role requires hands-on experience with wiring, component installation, and precision assembly while working from technical documentation.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and able to work independently on moderately complex tasks.ResponsibilitiesPerform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and finished productsFollow schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and written/verbal instructions to complete assembly tasksExecute wiring, cable harnessing, and component installation with precisionPerform hand soldering and ensure proper connections and assembly qualitySet up and adjust equipment, maintaining tolerances to required specificationsIdentify and resolve assembly issues, making recommendations as neededInspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standardsCollaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding production statusRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assemblyAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentsExperience with hand tools, soldering equipment, and assembly techniquesStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issuesGood communication and teamwork skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cable harnessing and precision wiringFamiliarity with manufacturing or production environmentsAbility to work independently on moderately complex assignments
