Starting at $20/hr+!!!This role focuses on assembling, trimming, and testing rotomolded tanks to precise manufacturing specifications in a clean production environment. You will work with molded plastic tanks immediately after the molding process, perform detailed trimming and finishing, assemble components using various hand and power tools, and verify that every product meets strict quality and engineering standards. Initial training takes place on 1st shift, after which you may move to another shift based on business needs.ResponsibilitiesTest all tanks coming from the molding operation to ensure they meet required performance and quality standards.Trim all tanks after the molding operation, removing excess material and preparing them for assembly according to specifications.Assemble all required products by following work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings, and written instructions.Inspect incoming materials and components for compliance with manufacturing specifications before and during assembly.Use various hand tools and power tools, including screwdrivers, electric drills, torches, taps, and glues, to assemble and handle tanks and related components safely and efficiently.Inspect final assemblies and finished products to confirm they meet all quality and dimensional specifications.Perform additional assembly support functions as needed, including washing, testing, rotomold support, and repairing tanks and assemblies.Utilize the company-wide computer system to check stock availability, access engineering drawings, review work order status, and complete other job-related manufacturing transactions.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.Work overtime as required to meet production schedules and customer demands.Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall manufacturing and assembly operations.Why Work Here?You join a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment that rewards your growth and reliability with regular, structured pay increases every three months during the first year.

Initial training takes place on 1st shift (typically 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) for several weeks or months, during which you learn all required assembly, trimming, and testing tasks. After training, you may move to 2nd or 3rd shift, which include shift differentials, with overtime required at times to meet production needs.
