Assembler

Schedule

• First 6 weeks (Training): 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Permanent Shift: 3:00 PM-12:30 AM
• Must be available to work both schedules

Job Duties

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards (PCBs), and related products
• Install and connect small electronic and mechanical components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electronic assembly equipment
• Perform detailed assembly work involving small parts, wires, connectors, and components
• Inspect completed assemblies for defects and proper component placement
• Follow diagrams, work instructions, and assembly procedures
• Perform basic testing and quality checks on completed products
• Enter production information into computer systems as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

Requirements

• Previous electronic assembly, PCB assembly, electromechanical assembly, or similar manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working with small electronic components and detailed assemblies
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• PCB or circuit board assembly
• Electronic or electromechanical assembly
• Wiring, connectors, or cable assembly
• Hand and power tools
• Electronic component inspection
• SAP, MES, SFC, WMS, or other production systems
