AssemblerWe are seeking a diligent and experienced Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently assemble units based on blueprints and utilize a variety of tools to fasten parts together. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure components fit closely and operate correctly.ResponsibilitiesPosition parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or blueprint.Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand, air, and/or power tools.Remove small quantities of metal to ensure close fit between parts.Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.Assist in the instruction and training of others.Lift 20-50 lbs as needed.Essential SkillsGeneral labor experience, including heavy lifting and assembly work.Proficiency with hand power tools.At least 6 months of manufacturing, construction, farming, or automotive experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in conducting quality checks using calipers and micrometers.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in assembly.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic workplace with robust benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k match of up to 6%.
