Assembler IIIWe are seeking a skilled Assembler III for our warehouse integration area in Denton. The primary responsibility of this role is to build fiber, power, and alarm distribution assemblies and perform software upgrades on equipment. The main focus is to complete shelter builds during the hot staging phase of fiber/power-based projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring products are assembled to the highest standards of quality and delivered on time, working closely with Engineering, Order Management, and Logistics teams.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Coordinate with logistics department for job material stagingDevelop, execute, and adjust work plans to meet evolving requirementsBuild products in compliance with industry and quality standardsAddress quality findings promptly and take corrective actionsMaintain accurate documentation of time and production recordsIdentify opportunities for improvement and propose constructive suggestionsReach out to internal/external teams (Engineering, Project/Program Management) to resolve issuesTroubleshoot issues independently, without needing frequent assistanceSupport engineering team in prototyping activitiesPhysical demands include:Ability to lift/push 40 lbsAble to stand for two or more hours at a timeSkills and abilities required include:Stay updated on new and emerging technologiesAdvanced knowledge in communication systems, network wiring, and interconnectionStrong understanding of ERP systems and internal process flowsFiber testing and related documentationAdvanced computer skills, including logging into equipment for commissioningEducation and experience required:Associate's degree in business/telecommunication or related field from an accredited college/university, plus 3 years of related experience/training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
