The Assembler III is a subject matter expert of all product within the assigned department. This individual will be responsible for training, mentoring and assessing other assemblers while exhibiting the highest level of execution and behavior expected of SPM Oil & Gas employees.

Level of the Assembler role will be dependent on factors such as candidate experience.Responsibilities:Prepare components for assemblyAssemble parts per work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, blueprints, Risk Assessment and job routersAbility to assemble quality products to meet safety protocol and efficiency standardsTests or assists in testing the operation of completed productMaintain routine housekeeping to eliminate workplace hazardsAbility to train others in the assembly processAbility to complete the entire assembly process from start to finishExhibits effective communicationPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Details:This role is located in Griffin, GAThis is a 3rd shift role.Relocation assistance is not available for this role.Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.Summary Pay Range:$21.38 - $27.31Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
