The position involves performing the following duties:Leverage prior experience building the Pump Cartridge to perform assembly operations, troubleshooting, and quality inspections in accordance with established production standards and procedures.Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following standard operating procedures or company approved standardized protocolsPerform many assembly types functions, using hand and power toolsAssemble components into a completed product by following GMP and approved proceduresAssemble parts under microscope using small instruments and microscopic devicesPerform a wide range of complex tasks involving repair and testingUnderstand assembly processes and SOP'sFollow defined procedures to achieve expected Quality outputRecognize and communicates to Production Lead complex build difficulties and/or product faults in a clear, concise, and timely mannerRecognize and diagnoses and communicates routine problemsWork with R&D & Operations team to relate process improvements for changes in Work Process Instructions for Company's productsInterpret assembly drawingsMaintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory complianceUnderstand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS PoliciesThe Qualifications We Need You to PossessTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
