This position is vital to ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Assemble sub-assemblies and accessory components; wire basic electrical connections per diagramsPerform work in accordance with the Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of ConductInspect products to ensure quality and engineering standards are metOperate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power toolsLoad, unload, lift, and move materials using lifting equipment when availableRead and interpret job orders, schematics, and blueprintsComplete and maintain required paperwork and electronic records, including checklists and barcodingMaintain departmental housekeeping and adhere to 5S standardsPhysical Requirements:Stand and walk on concrete for up to 100% of the workdayBend, stoop, kneel, and crouch as neededLift and carry up to 50 lbs unaided; heavier loads with assistanceClimb and maintain balanceUse hands for detailed work and tool handlingVisually inspect products for qualityManual dexterity required for tool useSkills & Experience:High school diploma or GED preferred1–3 years of manufacturing or construction experience (framing experience is a plus)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measuresBasic math and reading comprehension skillsBasic ability to read, speak, and understand English
