Job Summary
Seeking skilled and detail-oriented Electro Mechanical Assemblers to join its automation manufacturing team in Danvers, MA. This role involves assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical products using blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Perform wiring, cable routing, component installation, kit assembly, and final product assembly.
- Complete crimping, soldering, and electrical connections according to specifications.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and zero-defect standards.
- Measure and verify parts using specified tolerances and dimensions.
- Connect cables, tubing, and wiring based on engineering drawings.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials.
- Experience with wiring, crimping, soldering, and component installation.
- Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and quality inspection.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial automation, robotics, motion control, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with biomedical, semiconductor, electronics, or defense manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Steel-toe shoes are required.
