AssemblerJoin our team as an Assembler where you will work on the first shift from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a typical workweek of 45-55 hours. Occasionally, you may be required to work on Saturdays, but never more than two Saturdays per month, and only for a half shift.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and build custom conveying and material handling equipment from blueprints, layout drawings, and bills of material.Use hand and power tools to fasten or install fixtures or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies.Inspect, operate, and test equipment to verify functionality, machine capabilities, or conformance to customer specifications.Perform general labor tasks as required, such as drilling, tapping, de-burring, chain cutting, installing rollers, and hole/slot punching.Essential Skills1 year of mechanical assembly experience.1 year of blueprint reading experience.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret assembly and machine assembly instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanically inclined with the ability to perform general labor tasks.Possession of basic hand tools.Enjoy a work environment that values precision and craftsmanship while providing a stable schedule and opportunities to develop hands-on skills.Work EnvironmentOur facility operates on a first shift schedule and requires the use of both hand and power tools.

The role involves hands-on assembly work, testing equipment for functionality, and adhering to safety standards.
