We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment as a Layup Technician at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
Job Requirements
- Assembly & Disassembly of part molds without damaging them.
- Part mold cleaning and preparation.
- Read and understand manufacturing plans pertaining to Layup operations.
- Obtain material kits from stockroom.
- Apply materials to molds per manufacturing plans.
- De-mold cured laminates from molds.
- Bag parts for cure.
Job Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
- HS Graduate or GED
- Ability to interact with people on the shop floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to cross train and work overtime as business needs require.
