Solderer AssemblerThe Solderer/Assembler plays a crucial role in the assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards by performing various types of soldering, including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering. This position requires frequent use of a microscope to ensure precision and accuracy.ResponsibilitiesPerform surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering of electronic components.Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards.Utilize a microscope to carry out detailed soldering tasks.Ensure high standards of quality and precision in all assembly processes.Essential SkillsProficiency in soldering, including surface mount and thru-hole techniques.Experience in electronic assembly.Competence in using hand tools and wiring.Ability to see clearly through a microscope.Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on tasks.High school diploma or GED.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious soldering experience is advantageous.Experience in electrical assembly is a plus.Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.Why Work Here?Join a well-lit and organized facility where employees enjoy long tenures, with many staying for over 10 years.
