Assembler Associate II (Packaging/GMP/Documentation)Duration: 6 months (possible extension) Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.91/hr Location: 100 Client Park Road, Client Park – IL, 60064Role Overview: A successful candidate demonstrates strong GMP compliance, attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and a commitment to safety and quality. These individual supports manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment, glassware, tanks, filters, and sterilized materials are prepared accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented problem solver who adapts to changing priorities, communicates effectively across departments, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Experience:1–3 years of manufacturing, production support, service center, warehouse, or operations experienceExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExperience working within a GMP-regulated environmentExperience with production documentation and compliance proceduresExperience following SOPs, work instructions, and quality proceduresPreferred Experience:Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or other regulated manufacturing experienceExperience operating autoclaves, sterilization systems, washers, or automated manufacturing equipmentExperience cleaning and preparing manufacturing equipment, tanks, filters, and glasswareExperience with inventory management, Kanban systems, and material handling processesExperience participating in continuous improvement, safety, or quality initiativesTraining and cross-training experienceRequired Skills:GMP manufacturing experienceDocumentation and record-keepingStrong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skillsTroubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to follow work instructions, SOPs, and technical proceduresAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsTechnical Skills:Equipment cleaning, assembly, and sterilizationOperating autoclaves and processing equipmentInventory control and material managementComputer system proficiency including MES, AMS, SAP, AMM, or similar systemsKnowledge of contamination control and GMP practicesPreferred Skills:Customer service mindset with internal manufacturing customersContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to identify and resolve operational issuesLeadership, training, and cross-training capabilitiesAbility to support changing manufacturing priorities while maintaining compliance and quality standardsEducation:High School Diploma or GED requiredAdditional technical training or manufacturing certifications preferred
