Job TitleJob Overview: Pay Range: $17.91hr - $22.91hrRequirement/Must Have:Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing, production support, service center, warehouse, or operations experience preferred.Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment is required.Experience with production documentation and compliance procedures is required.Experience following OPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.High School Diploma or GED required.Responsibilities:Demonstrate strong GMP compliance, attention to detail, and documentation accuracy.Maintain commitment to safety and quality.Support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment, glassware, tanks, filters, and sterilized materials are prepared accurately and on time.Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.Solve problems in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.Communicate effectively across departments.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Nice To Have:Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or other regulated manufacturing experience.Experience operating autoclaves, sterilization systems, washers, or automated manufacturing equipment.Experience cleaning and preparing manufacturing equipment, tanks, filters, and glassware.Experience with inventory management, Kanban systems, and material handling processes.Experience participating in continuous improvement, safety, or quality initiatives.Training and cross-training experience.Additional technical training or manufacturing certifications preferred.Skills:GMP manufacturing experience.Documentation and record-keeping experience.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic math skills.Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Ability to follow work instructions, OPs, and technical procedures.Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Equipment cleaning, assembly, and sterilization experience.Experience operating autoclaves and processing equipment.Inventory control and material management experience.Computer system proficiency including MES, AMS, SAP, AMM, or similar systems.Knowledge of contamination control and GMP practices.Customer service mindset with internal manufacturing customers.Continuous improvement mindset.Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.Leadership, training, and cross-training capabilities.Qualification And Education:High School Diploma or GED required.
