In this role, you'll help build quality equipment while supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in our production process by performing assembly operations using a variety of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities may include:Performing assembly tasks such as lifting, bolting, torquing, testing, and related production workConducting daily equipment inspections before useOperating and successfully managing at least one assembly stationCompleting assigned work in assembly areas and substationsPerforming rework or modifications on units as neededConducting quality checks and completing required inspection checklistsMoving completed units to staging or final inspection areasAssisting with kitting and material preparation as neededOperating equipment such as forklifts, cranes, tractors, or excavators when requiredParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practicesMaintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environmentWhat We're Looking For:Experience using hand toolsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicSafety-conscious attitudeReliable attendance and punctualityPhysical Requirements:This position requires physical activity, including:Frequent lifting of up to 20 lbsRegular lifting of 21–50 lbsOccasional lifting of 50–70 lbsStanding, moving, and performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shiftQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredMechanical assembly experience is a plusAbility to work effectively in a team environmentWhy Join Us?Join a team where your work matters.
