Entry-Level Assembler – 2nd Shift
Location: Clinton, TN
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Employment Solutions is looking for dependable, motivated people to join our manufacturing team as Entry-Level Assemblers. No previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required — WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a manufacturing company and learn new skills.
What You'll Do- Assemble and inspect parts according to instructions.
- Trim and finish molded parts.
- Perform basic quality checks.
- Package and label finished products.
- Follow safety and production procedures.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- No experience required — WE WILL TRAIN!
- Dependable and good attendance.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required .
