Aspiring Food Service Director - Kitchen Leadership Training

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to plan, direct and coordinate a large food service operation within a correctional facility. You will oversee production kitchens and manage financial responsibilities while ensuring high sanitation standards.

You will supervise an Assistant Food Service Director and/or a team of supervisors and cooks, with additional duties as required by the business needs.
