Aspiring Executive Director, Senior Living

MBK Senior Living is seeking an Associate Executive Director (AED), a strategic, hands-on leadership role. Under the Executive Director, the AED will drive day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance MBK’s resident-centered care and operational excellence across the community.

The AED will collaborate with directors, lead onboarding, manage budget processes, and support safety and quality initiatives to maintain MBK’s standards.
