Here are some things you will do:Visualize and implement the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values.Operate heavy equipment, specifically asphalt roller, productively, efficiently, and safely.Work with screed man and foreman to complete a quality project meeting compaction requirementsAssist in cleaning out paverGrease, oil, and performs minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools.Direct and teach laborers/operators as assignedPerform other related duties as assigned.Additionally, we're looking for:Ability to follow verbal and written instructionsUnderstand paving proceduresExperience rolling different types of asphalt mix including UDOT or state mixesAbility to work overtime in summer and winter conditionsValid driver's license and clean MVRCDL and ability to run a distributor truck a plus, but not requiredBegin your career with Sunroc Corporation!
