This role is critical to delivering high-quality finished surfaces by ensuring proper compaction and density. The ideal candidate understands rolling patterns, communicates effectively with the paving team, and takes pride in producing a smooth, durable mat.What You'll Do:Operate steel drum and/or pneumatic rollers to achieve proper compaction and finishFollow an established roller patternWork closely with the paving foreman and QC techniciansMonitor mat temperature and density to ensure quality standards are metPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenanceMaintain a safe work environment for yourself and your teamWhat We're Looking For:Minimum of 2–3 years of experience operating rollers on asphalt paving projectsStrong understanding of compaction techniques and rolling patternsDependable, safety-focused, and a team playerWillingness to work in outdoor conditions and varying schedulesWhy Join C.R.
