Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Asphalt Paver Operators for projects located in the Victorville, CA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35+/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Operate a LeeBoy 7000C asphalt paver to complete commercial paving operations safely and efficiently

Lead and direct the paving crew during asphalt placement, maintaining proper grade, joint alignment, and paving quality

Perform equipment inspections, monitor paving operations, and assist with setup, adjustments, and daily maintenance as needed

Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
-
Journeyman-level asphalt paving experience
-
Proven experience operating a LeeBoy 7000C (or closely related LeeBoy paving equipment)

Strong knowledge of asphalt placement, paving techniques, and crew coordination

Ability to read grades and ensure high-quality paving results
