The ASIC Verification Engineer would be working for a Fortune 500 semiconductor and technology company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.
ASIC Verification Engineer Compensation
- The pay for this position is $65-$72/hr based on experience
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASIC Verification Engineer Responsibilities
- Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development.
- Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
- Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation.
- Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.
- Evaluates all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use.
- Analyzes equipment to establish operation data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results.
- May also review vendor capability to support development.
ASIC Verification Engineer Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in ASIC verification or related semiconductor engineering experience
- Strong background in ASIC verification methodologies
- Experience with digital verification
- Experience with mixed-signal (AMS) validation
- Familiarity with BFM (Bus Functional Models)
- Familiarity with behavioral modeling
- Familiarity with SPICE-based verification
- Ability to build verification environments from scratch
- Strong debugging and validation skills across system levels
- Full ownership of end-to-end verification lifecycle
- Ability to define verification strategy, test plans, and validation environments
- Experience verifying digital and mixed-signal designs
- Comfortable working with new architectures and limited pre-existing infrastructure
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
ASIC Verification Engineer Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting complex ASIC or mixed-signal semiconductor products
- Experience working in advanced semiconductor or high-tech engineering environments
- Strong system-level debugging and validation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
