This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong hands-on depth across analog and digital design, verification, custom layout, and design automation. The work sits close to real silicon, with opportunities to influence circuit development, improve engineering workflows, and turn data into better design decisions.You will work with a cross-functional team to create robust sensor solutions that support characterization, monitoring, and product development.

The role requires strong technical execution, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to move efficiently between circuit design, verification, automation, and analysis.What You Will DoDesign analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks for scribe-line sensor applicationsSupport digital design for sensor control, integration, and readout functionsDevelop and run analog verification flows, including simulation setup, corner analysis, and results reviewDevelop and execute digital verification strategies to ensure functional correctness and integration qualityBuild and maintain EDA scripting and automation to improve design and verification efficiencyDrive or support custom layout implementation with attention to matching, parasitics, reliability, and manufacturabilityAnalyze simulation and silicon data using Python and pandas to identify trends, debug issues, and guide design improvementsCollaborate with design, layout, CAD, and test teams to move circuits from concept through validationQualificationsBS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldB.S. with 8+ years or M.S. with 5+ years in related industry roles.Strong experience with EDA scripting and automationStrong background in analog designExperience with analog verificationExperience with digital designExperience with digital verificationExperience with custom layoutStrong Python skills for data analysis, including pandasClear communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines in a fast-moving development environmentMixed-signal or sensor-circuit developmentSilicon characterization and correlation of measured data to simulationWorkflow improvement through scripting, automation, and data analysisDebugging complex circuit and verification issues in advanced development flowsWhy Join UsThis is a hands-on role with broad technical scope and direct impact on silicon development. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds.
