If you enjoy active, hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that makes a difference in the community, this role is for you!Part-time schedule Active, fast-paced work environment Team-oriented culture Meaningful mission-driven workWhat You'll DoMove and process donated goods following One Touch System guidelinesLoad and organize trucks safely and efficientlyAssist donors with large item carry-outs while providing excellent customer serviceSort, stack, and organize donations, salvage, and waste materialsOperate material handling equipment (pallet jack, tow motor, etc.)Bale salvage materials as neededComplete daily equipment checks and required logsMaintain clean, safe equipment and work areasSupport Attended Donation Center operations as neededFollow all safety and security proceduresWhat We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse or material handling experience preferredEquipment certification (tow motor, pallet jack) or willingness to obtainStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and stay organizedProblem-solving mindset with attention to safetyReliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsLift and move items up to 50 lbs regularlyFrequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pullingWarehouse and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsRegular interaction with the publicWhy Goodwill?Every item you handle helps fund programs that provide job training and opportunities within our community.
