The Role

As a Store/Market Manager, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while consistently driving business growth. This isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about building a culture where people love to work and customers love to shop.

What Success Looks Like (Your Accountabilities)

We are looking for an "A-player." In your first year, you will be expected to deliver on key business drivers, including:

• Driving Sales Growth: Achieve a year-over-year sales increase of 10% or more.
• Operational Excellence: Improve metrics like Sales Per Guest and Average Sale
• Customer Experience: Maintain a Net Promoter Score of 80% or higher, ensuring 100% follow-up on customer feedback.
• Talent Development: Build and nurture a high-performing team, maintaining annualized staff turnover below 30% and ensuring all staff are on pace for their career development plans.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of management experience with a successful record of hiring, training, and leading teams.
• Sales & Retail Expertise: 2+ years of experience in sales and retail/customer service.
• Growth Mindset: You believe that "all leaders are readers" and have an unquenchable desire to learn, grow, and discover.
• Tech-Savviness: You are proficient in technology, including email, calendars, video conferencing, and various web-based software platforms.
• Commitment: You are willing to consistently work a full-time schedule (average 45 hours/week), including most weekends.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Spanish are highly preferred.
