Job Title: Direct Support Professional ILS (DSP) Non-Exempt/Hourly

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the ILS Manager, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) ILS, is responsible to perform various services as directed based on the individual's specific support plan. Direct Support Professionals in ILS may provide services to the extent they are trained. Services may include but are not limited to assisting in maintaining a clean, safe living environment, meal preparation and assisting in the activities of daily living, etc.
Duties/Responsibilities:
DSP is to be able to read, write, acknowledge and adhere to all Vista Care policies and procedures.
Provides support based on the Independent Living Service Plan which may include Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)- Meals, bathing, dressing, grooming, work, recreational, social and leisure and/or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) which may include managing money, shopping,
