Gersh Autism is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. You will provide one-on-one and small group support, collect data, and help implement teaching strategies to foster academic, social, and behavioral growth.
Requirements include an active RBT certification and a HS diploma; a BA is preferred. Prior ASD experience is advantageous.
