Asbestos Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Asbestos Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for overseeing asbestos abatement projects from start to finish while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial asbestos abatement projectsSupervise crews, subcontractors, and project schedulesEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state asbestos regulationsCoordinate inspections, air monitoring, permits, and project documentationConduct site visits, customer meetings, and project walkthroughsTrack job costs, materials, labor, and project progressCommunicate with customers, consultants, adjusters, and internal teamsMaintain safe job sites and enforce company safety policiesEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetRequirementsMust be licensed and certified as an Asbestos SupervisorPrevious asbestos abatement project management experience requiredStrong understanding of asbestos regulations and safety proceduresExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license with clean driving recordExperience in restoration, demolition, or environmental services preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceCompany vehicle or vehicle allowancePaid time off and holidaysGrowth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive and professional work environmentScheduleFull-timeMonday–FridayOccasional after-hours or emergency response work may be requiredTo apply, please submit your resume along with any relevant certifications and licenses.
