Must-haves:
- Strong experience with AS400 / IBM i (iSeries) and RPG (RPG III / RPG IV / ILE RPG / Free Format RPG)
- Deep understanding of shop floor processes, including BOMs, routings, inventory, and production transactions
- Ability to support and modernize legacy green screen applications
- Strong skills in SQL on DB2, file structures, and data processing
- Experience with batch jobs, job scheduling, and automation
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support day-to-day operations (L1 L3)
- Strong communication skills-can work directly with business users and operations teams
