Hiring: AS400 / RPG & Synon Technical Lead

Location: Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX - Hybrid

Duration: 12 Months

Experience: 8-18 Years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Modern RPG, Synon, and DB2
• Ability to design application changes based on business requirements and existing application architecture
• Experience technically leading a team of 3+ resources
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technically lead the development team and provide technical direction
• Design, develop, code, and unit test application changes
• Understand business requirements and existing application architecture
• Collaborate effectively with Onshore and Offshore teams
• Interact with Business and Customer IT stakeholders
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business and application requirements
